do give us a call, you'll most likely encounter the dreaded "phone mail

When you do call with questions about burners, kilns, or furnaces,
please have the total internal dimensions or proposed total internal
dimensions of your kiln or furnace written down and handy (refer to our
Btu Data & Kiln Volume Guide
for the dimensions that are needed). We cannot recommend burner systems
without knowing the exact size of your kiln or furnace. We also need to
know what type of gas you'll be using and the gas pressure. (Please go
